Instant Access:
Upon successful payment, you receive immediate access to all members-only content. Because this access is delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Billing:
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. You can update billing information, cancel your membership, or manage your subscription at any time via your account settings.
Recurring Payments:
Subscriptions auto-renew on a monthly or annual basis unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.
Cancel Anytime:
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No further payments will be collected unless you resubscribe.
3. No Refunds Policy
Because access to all paid content is granted immediately upon subscribing, Live from the Charts does not issue refunds, either in full or in part, for any reason. This includes:
- Forgetting to cancel before the next billing date
- Dissatisfaction with content after access is granted
- Accidental subscriptions or renewals
We encourage users to review publicly available posts and understand our offering before subscribing.
